Please join the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense for our next public meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The Commission will explore how countries, states, and local communities can secure supply chains for medical products against disruption by adversaries and other risks, including vulnerabilities in the global supply chains for medical countermeasures. Such countermeasures, including vaccines, therapeutics, and personal protective equipment, are vital for addressing biological threats. This meeting of the Commission will discuss how countries, states, and local communities can maintain (and distribute) strategic stockpiles of such countermeasures. The discussions will also touch upon policies and strategies to enhance domestic manufacturing of such medical products and to secure international supply lines against disruption by adversaries and other events.
More information will be provided as the event date approaches.
