Ways you can do this: Before exercising, soak your hands in cold water While running, hold a cold water bottle and switch hands every few minutes. At the gym, use an ice pack during rest periods between sets. Objects you can also try are: frozen berries pack, frozen can, cold surfaces (wall or barbell).
