The battle is also what happens after.
The guilt that tells you to hide.
The shame that tells you to go quiet.
The voice that says you’ve fallen too many times to come back clean.
That’s the real strategy.
Get you to the moment, then use the moment to cut you off from the Father.
Because a believer who’s convinced they’re disqualified doesn’t pray.
Doesn’t come boldly.
Doesn’t show up.
Doesn’t walk in obedience.
Doesn’t use their voice.
They just manage the distance.
And the enemy is fine with that.
This week, we’re going deeper into the mechanics of temptation. Not just what it is, but how it works, where it targets, and why shame is often the weapon underneath the weapon.
We’re also going to talk about what it actually looks like to repent and reset. Not religiously, but relationally.
As a son.
As a daughter.
Not as someone earning their way back, but as someone running back to a Father who already moved first.
