Macs have become essential endpoints for privileged users, making macOS an increasingly attractive target for ransomware groups and credential thieves. AI is also changing the economics of cyberattack. Adversaries can automate campaign development and launch variations at a volume that overwhelms traditional detection and response. When threats can be created faster than defenders can investigate alerts, prevention becomes essential.
