The summit aims to foster regional collaboration and strengthen cross-sectoral action for scaling community-level mental health innovations in East Africa. This will be achieved by showcasing proven models, engaging people with lived experience, and issuing a regional Call to Action, the Kampala Declaration on Community Mental Health Integration in East Africa.
