Setup How to connect Zoom to AddCal ------------------------------ 3 steps, no code unless a step shows some. 1. 1### Connect your Zoom account Open Connect, then Zoom, in AddCal and click Connect with Zoom. Zoom asks you to approve read access to meetings and webinars; approving returns you to AddCal. Good to know Zoom integration limitations ----------------------------- ### New meetings are not imported on their own Sync covers meetings you have already imported: time changes and deletions flow through. A brand new Zoom meeting needs to be imported from the Zoom screen in AddCal before it has calendar links. ### Registration-required webinars keep their own join links If a webinar uses Zoom registration, the join URL is unique per registrant. Every plan, including Free. Event and calendar limits are the ones on your plan. ### Does AddCal change anything in my Zoom account? No. The connection reads your meetings and webinars and listens for update and delete webhooks. Nothing is written back to Zoom. ### What happens when I cancel a meeting in Zoom? The matching AddCal event is removed, or the single occurrence if you cancelled one date of a series. Calendar subscribers see it disappear on their next refresh. ### Can I import past meetings? No. The importer lists upcoming meetings and webinars only. ### Can attendees RSVP? Yes. Turn on RSVPs on the imported event and share the event page.
