 How it works

Three steps to a self-updating calendar
---------------------------------------

1

### Create your calendar

Add your events, one-off or recurring, online or in person. Every calendar gets a subscribe link automatically.

2

### Share your subscribe link

Drop it in an email, a website button, or a social post. One link works with every calendar app.

3

### Update once, sync everywhere

Change or add an event and every subscriber's calendar updates on its own. No re-sending, no reminders.

 See it in action

Subscribe once. It keeps itself current.
-----------------------------------------

On the left is the real subscribe page your audience sees. On the right is their calendar app. When you change an event, their calendar follows, calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds periodically, usually within a day.

/div> Everything you need

One feed. Every subscriber in sync.
------------------------------------

From automatic updates to subscriber exports, one tool handles it. The two that make subscription calendars worth it sit right up front.

Sync

### Automatic updates

Add or change an event and every subscriber's calendar updates on its own. No re-sending links, no "check the website" reminders.

Sync

### Every calendar app

One subscribe link works with Google, Apple, Outlook, Office 365 and Yahoo. Your audience picks their favorite, it just works.

Premium

### Subscriber management

Collect names and emails when people subscribe, see who is following, and export the list anytime.

Premium

### Data collection

Keep it anonymous or capture names, emails, and custom fields. You decide how much info you need.

Premium

### One-click export

Download your full subscriber list as a spreadsheet, ready for your CRM, email tool, or marketing platform.

Premium

### Custom branding

Match your calendar page with your colors, logo, favicon, and short links. Custom domains on Business.

 For courses & memberships

Private schedules, for paying members only.
--------------------------------------------

Running a course or a paid membership? Give each member a private link to your schedule, set it to expire, and cut off access the moment someone leaves.

### Access-protected calendars

Lock a calendar behind an access code so only the people you invite can open the subscribe page. Perfect for paid courses and members-only schedules.

### Expiring invite links

Share a signed invite link to the subscribe page that stays valid from a day to a year, without ever exposing your access code.

### Block any subscriber

This is how you cut off access. Block a subscriber and their feed empties on the next sync, so a cancelled or refunded member stops seeing your events.

### You stay in control

See everyone subscribed, with names, emails, and custom fields, and revoke any of them whenever you need to.

/div>

 Three ways to share

Meet your audience wherever they are.
--------------------------------------

### Calendar landing page

A hosted page where visitors browse your events, subscribe, and get automatic updates.

- Auto-created for every calendar
- Fully branded as yours
- Easy to share anywhere

### Embeddable events list

Show your upcoming events on your own site. Visitors subscribe without leaving the page.

- Add in seconds, no code
- Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace
- Matches your site's look

### Subscription link for emails

A single link you drop into any campaign, newsletter, or message.

- Works with Mailchimp, HubSpot, any tool
- Copy, paste, done
- Every future event syncs automatically

 Developer API

Automate it from your own stack.
---------------------------------

Create events and mint signed, expiring share links over a simple REST API. Perfect for course platforms and membership sites that provision access automatically.

### Create calendars & events

Add events to a subscription calendar programmatically. Every subscriber picks up the change automatically.

### Generate signed invite links

Mint time-limited links to a protected calendar from your backend, ideal for inviting a new member or student to subscribe.

### Built for automation

Wire it into your course platform, CRM, or membership tool so schedules stay in sync without manual work.

 How it stacks up

The alternatives all break the moment plans change.
----------------------------------------------------

Re-sending links is manual and easy to forget. A static .ics file never updates. A shared Google Calendar only works for Google users. A subscription feed updates everyone, everywhere, on its own.

 FAQ

Subscription calendars, answered
--------------------------------

### How does a subscription calendar work?

You create a calendar and add your events. We generate a subscribe link that works with every major calendar app. When someone subscribes, all your events appear in their calendar, and when you add, change, or cancel events, their calendar updates automatically.

### Do subscribers need an AddCal account?

No. They click your link, pick their calendar app, and they're subscribed. Takes about five seconds. No account, no download, no friction.

### Is there a limit on subscribers?

The free plan covers up to 100 subscribers, Premium raises that to 2,000, and Business is unlimited. Calendar adds and clicks are unlimited on every plan. The free plan also covers up to 10 events a month, and paid plans lift that to unlimited events plus subscriber data collection.

### Can I collect subscriber information?

Yes, on premium plans. You can keep subscriptions fully anonymous or require a name and email before subscribing, and add custom fields to collect whatever else you need.

### What happens when I update an event?

Every subscriber's calendar updates automatically. Change the time, location, or description, and they see it without you re-sending anything.

### Can I export my subscriber list?

Yes, on premium plans. One click from your dashboard gives you a spreadsheet with every subscriber and their details, ready for your CRM, email platform, or whatever you need.

### Can I customize the calendar page?

Yes. Add your logo, brand colors, custom favicon, and short links on Premium, and your calendar page supports 20+ languages automatically. The Business plan adds a custom domain so it looks entirely like yours.

### Is it really free?

Yes, you can start free with no credit card. The free plan covers up to 10 events a month, up to 100 subscribers, and unlimited calendar adds and clicks. Premium plans add subscriber data collection, custom branding, analytics, unlimited events, and up to 2,000 subscribers.
